I was at a friend's apartment in Richmond--different space, different light than at home.  Inspired by the way Carol used light in her latest.

Whew! Google sent the blog invitation to spam, but with perseverance and Leslie's help, here I am.   I only have a couple of things to share, but have been excited to try something new - Manuela's posts on IG of examples from her Double Exposure class inspired my to try creating one, and a class with Maggie Taylor fueled my appetite for more surreal images - the image I'm posting here is far from finished, but I could use some feedback on the direction so far.

Its been awhile ladies.  I have been taking some self portraits over the last month or so continuing my Chores project.  I am now involved in another workshop until the beginning of March so this might have to do for now.  certainly more to come in the future.

Hello all, So this is what I have been trying and playing with.  I think some work better then others.  No great thoughts or concepts behind of these yet but rather just seeing what I can do and then finding images in my collection that I might be able to combine with a self portrait.  I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback... both negative or positive! I know a number of you are in at least one course currently.  I hope you are learning lots and having fun!
